RENTER AGREEMENT AND CONTRACT
NON-SMOKING, NO-PETS AND NO BIKES INSIDE:
All of Wheeler Rentals
trailers are non-smoking. Pets are not permitted in the Trailers. Trailers
are not permitted off of paved roads, No dirt roads please. Evidence of
smoking, pets or dirt roads will result in forfeiture of entire security deposit. And please do
not put your bikes inside of the Trailers or any other hard, sharp, loose items.
They scratch the interior and that is very expensive or impossible to repair.
We charge $50 for any abuse of this rule,
VEHICLE REQUIREMENTS:
You must have a
Trailer
Brake Control Switch/box,
you need installed under dash in towing vehicle.

INSURANCE :
Proof of
current, valid auto insurance is required at the time of departure.
Your insurance should cover
the trailer for liability please verify with your insurance carrier.
Wheeler Rentals will
provide an optional insurance Binder for comp. and coll. coverage with a $500
deductible for the trailer for an
additional $7.00 per day ($28.00 min.). . If you have State Farm
or Farmers insurance they will give you a "rider" for comp/coll coverage for
a small fee.
SECURITY AND CLEANING DEPOSITS:
A $500.00 Security
deposit and a $75.00 cleaning Deposit will be required at time of Pick-up. The
Deposit will be refunded within 48 hrs of Drop-off or unfrozen within 10 days of
pick-up. IF
the trailer has been returned Undamaged, Clean, With all the
Kitchen items, and no other charges have been made. Deposit can be made by
Visa, Master Card, Cash or Check (accepted with a minimum of 7 days before
departure only).
RESERVATION DEPOSIT:
Half of the rental
amount will be required at time of reservation. See "Cancellation" below
for refund policy.

REQUIREMENTS:
Must be 25 yrs or older and have a valid drivers license.
PICK-UP AND DROP-OFF
CHANGES:
Changes can be made
up to 28 days in advance, so long as available, with a $25.00 change fee per
change. If your wanting to add days to your reservation there will be no
change fees.
INVENTORY ITEMS, KITCHEN SUPPLIES:
Loss of any item will be a charge of $15.00
plus replacement cost.
If you know you have lost
something and you don’t want to pay the $15.00, you can replace the same or
similar item before you drop off. Just tell us about it so we can be aware of
it.
PAYMENTS:
All rental charges and deposits are to be paid in full at time of pick-up.
Personal checks will not be accepted within 7 days of pick-up. Cash and Payment
by Visa or MasterCard are accepted day of departure.
NO
TRAVEL TO MEXICO:
Wheeler Rentals
trailers are not allowed out of the lower 48 states.
TANKS:
The propane tanks
are full, and the Black and Gray tanks are empty when you
depart. Please return them in the same condition or a $20.00 charge per
tank (propane, black, gray) will be charged, up to $60.

NOTICES REQUIRED BY INSURANCE:
Your own motor vehicle insurance or credit card may cover loss or damage to the vehicle. Failure to return the vehicle within 72 hours of the expiration of the rental period may constitute a criminal offense under Utah law, and subject you to the maximum penalty for theft of a motor vehicle.I the renter agree to and understand Wheeler Rentals L.L.C.
